Delete your Wayrest account
Wayrest — the game at wayrest.cloud and the Wayrest app on Google Play and the App Store, by Cyberwave
You can delete your Wayrest account and its data at any time. You do not need the app installed to do it.
Option 1 — in the game (app or browser)
- Open the Wayrest app, or play in your browser at wayrest.cloud/play and sign in with the same account.
- Tap the gear (Settings).
- Go to Account → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, and enter your password if your account has one.
The account is deleted straight away.
Option 2 — ask us by email
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Wayrest account". Include your in-game name and tag if you know them. We will delete the account and confirm by reply, normally within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: in-game name, email address and password hash.
- Your game progress: heroes, levels, runes, items, currencies, quests and stages cleared.
- Your Arena defence, rating and duel history, and your Daily Raid scores.
- Your in-game mail and the support or feedback messages you sent us.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: copies of the database can remain in our backups for a limited time, until those backups are replaced. They are not used for anything else, and are never restored into the live game for a deleted account.
- Advertising data held by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own policies and your device's advertising settings, not by this deletion.
Deletion is permanent — a deleted account and its progress cannot be restored.
